Friday - Captains Dinner @ Yucatan Waterfront Bar and Grill, 4875 Pine Island Road, Matalacha, Florida 33993
Please arrive by 6:00 p.m.
There will be a registration table where you will check in and receive your ruler, shirt and most importantly, your drink tickets!!
Appetizers will be served starting at 6
6:30 SWFAEP will welcome all the Anglers and discuss rules and regulations of the tournament and go over the iAngler App. Please feel free to ask questions!!!
Yucatan Waterfront Bar and Grill is very generously hosting us, so please stay for dinner and please tip your servers! They are already preparing for weather and still doing a great job accommodating us!
Saturday - LINES IN THE WATER!! Sunrise (7:25 a.m.) to Sunset (7:07 p.m.)
Submittals will be accepted for a half hour after sunset
Sunday - Awards Reception at Heitman House, 2577 First Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901
5:00 p.m. Arrival (NOTE THE ARRIVAL TIME HAS SHIFTED FROM 4:30 to 5:00)
Bar will be open at 5:00 with cornhole and activities out on the patio (weather permitting)
5:30 p.m. Welcome Remarks and open of Silent Auction
6:00 p.m. Dinner is served
6:30 p.m. Silent Auction reminder and Dessert served
6:45 p.m. Remarks from our beneficiary Sanibel Captiva Conservation Foundation regarding the project that the tournament is funding
7:00 p.m. Announcement of the Awards and Winners of the Silent Auction

NOTES: Parking at Heitman House is valet only. All proceeds from the Silent Auction go towards funding another oyster restoration project or next year's tournament. All bartenders at Heitman House are volunteering their time so tips are appreciated.
